Hosting, domains, logo design, e-commerce, booking systems, logins, custom integrations, ongoing SEO or ads work, retainers, and copywriting beyond the content you supply. Any of these can be quoted separately and agreed before work starts.
You get one consolidated round of changes: text, images, colours, section order — all fair game, sent as one list. We apply all of it properly. Additional rounds start from $50 and are always agreed in writing first.
The clock starts when your completed brief — logo, content, colours, contact details — is in our inbox, not at first enquiry. Review time on your side pauses the clock; it restarts when your change list arrives.
Both stay in your own account so you’re never locked in. We’ll set them up with you or hand over the finished files if you have a developer. Expect $3–$15/month for hosting and about $12/year for a domain.
On final payment the site is entirely yours — files, content and code. You can extend it with any developer. No lock-in, no monthly hostage fee, no platform dependency.
A deposit confirms your build slot and starts the clock. The balance is due on approval, before final handover. Terms are set out in a short written agreement so both sides know where they stand.
Cancel before the build starts and your deposit is refunded in full. Once design work is underway the deposit covers time already spent, and you keep whatever has been produced to that point.
Why we’re this strict: every extra revision round is another day of design time. Holding the line on one round is exactly what lets us charge $200 instead of $2,000.
